Working primarily in Portland, Oregon, Katt Garrigan is here with us at Dark Horse for a stay once every few months, and happily accepts customers who would like to get tattooed during her visits. Also a touring musician with the band Blackwater Holylight, Katt brings an easy, friendly attitude and bold, classic style of traditional American tattooing to our studio.
